All service quotes, scheduling, and agreements are finalized via direct communication (phone, email, or in-person consultation). The information presented on this site—including pricing estimates, service descriptions, and process timelines—is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding property size, condition, and special requirements when submitting inquiries.
- Ensure safe access to the premises for our crew during scheduled service hours (Mon-Fri: 8:00-18:00, Sat: 9:00-17:00).
- Secure pets and personal valuables prior to service commencement.
- Notify Homeshinecrew of any hazards, structural issues, or restricted areas at least 24 hours before service.
